S'moreeeesssssss!
Since I live in an apartment, when I have a craving for a bonfire and s'mores I have to get creative to satisfy it. I tried the whole "s'mores in the microwave" thing and I even baked them in the over. Which both didn't quite work out for me. The marshmallow exploded in the microwave and then I burned the cracker in the over. Whoops! But I was determined to get my s'more fix, and so it was off to what I do best...Cupcakes!

I'm obsessed with s'mores! OBSESSED! I make a tasty campfire cookie that I created for a Debbi Fields contest, but also erased my entry - this was like 2 years ago and I'm still really really irked about it! I want to blog about my cookies... but I also don't want to share. Is that bad?
